You’re probably wondering what happens next 🤔 Here’s some useful information about how everything is going to work.

Your coaching account 💻

At the bottom of this welcome page you’ll find a sign-up form to register for a coaching account. I know you’re probably super excited 😃 to go do it right now, but please read through the rest of this welcome page before you do.

We’ll be using this software to log food, upload photos, message me, track habits, workouts and all other elements of your time with me.

Your account can be accessed online with any device you use. It scales up and down based on the tech you’re using. There is also an app you can use to make it easier.

p.s. When you get a moment could you complete some forms in your schedule today at 8am (please note - this needs to be done online). If you’re having a hard time finding those just let me know

 
 

Before your first call 📞

Before we get to the nitty gritty could you get the following together for me.

  1. Complete the forms in your schedule on the day you signed up.

  2. Record a food diary for 3 or more days. This can be done in any format - using the app, MyFitnessPal, pen and paper etc. Please be as detailed as you can when you record your food diary.

  3. Take some photos.

    • Ideally in as little clothing as possible (not naked 🙈 though) or at least slim fitting non-black clothes.

    • I know this is going to be tough but I promise it’ll be worth it when you change shape.

    • Take one from the front, side, and back.

    • Try and ensure there’s some decent lighting too when you do it.

    • Don’t worry no one will see these except for you and me.

  4. Your goals for the next 12 weeks, 6 months and 12 months.

  5. Play with the software you’ll be using and download the app. Top tip - you can link MyFitnessPal, FitBit and a MyZone to your account too. When you do this I’ll be able to see everything in real time directly in your account.

Once we have all these you’ll be ready to go for your first call 👌

Some goodies to get your started 😊

Getting everything together could take a bit of time, but I know you’re eager to get started, so here’s some goodies to get your teeth in to.

One is the ‘Minimalist Blueprint’ eating guide and the other is a recipe pack. The guide is the basis of how you’ll be eating, while the recipe pack will give you some inspiration of healthy meals to try

You’ll also receive some extra videos and questionnaires this week so I can really get to know you. They’ll pop up in your schedule when they do. The more I know the better I can create a plan for you 👍
