I'm the Laziest Personal Trainer in the World
Yep, that’s me. Honestly, I’d rather spend hours gaming or watching 80s action movies than grinding it out in the gym. As a kid, I was an weird introverted geek. While my friends were playing football and other sports, I was glued to the TV. I’d be watching the larger-than-life heroes in action movies and WWF (WWE now. Yes, I’m that old) wrestling. I loved watching those muscle-bound heroes like Schwarzenegger and the Ultimate Warrior. They blew my mind. But as much as I admired them, I never saw myself as someone who could be strong or confident like that.
I was a shy kid—like, really shy. Physical activity? I avoided it like the plague. My world was in video games and nerdy stuff, where I felt safe and at home.
But something funny happened in my late teens—I discovered exercise. Yeah, I know, it sounds like a contradiction. Somehow, this geeky, introverted kid found his way into fitness. As I got stronger and changed shape by confidence grew. It ended up changing my life.
Now, here I am—a self-proclaimed “lazy” personal trainer who loves gaming and movies just as much as he loves fitness. It might sound like an odd combo, but it works for me. And more importantly, it works for the guys I help.
The truth is, I’ve found a way to make fitness fit into my life without giving up the things I love. That’s what I help other guys do, too.
These days, I channel my love for both worlds—fitness and geek culture—into helping guys like me, especially nerdy dudes over 40, transform their bodies and boost their confidence. I know firsthand how fitness can help you feel like a superhero. It helped me build strength and self-belief, and I’m passionate about showing other men how they can do the same.
Here’s the thing: I love fitness, but I don’t love the fitness industry. It’s filled with unrealistic expectations, ripped influencers, and a “go hard or go home” mentality that just doesn’t work for most people. My goal is to change that by helping regular guys—guys who love their geeky hobbies—find a balance. You don’t have to give up the things you enjoy to get in shape. You can be a nerd, enjoy your movies and gaming, and still look and feel awesome.
In a world where people think nerds can’t be buff, I’ve built a method that proves they can. My clients don’t have to choose between indulging in their passions and staying fit—they get to do both.
So, while still love a gaming and action movie marathons, I’m just as driven by helping men over 40 crush their fitness goals and build the confidence they’ve always wanted.

I didn't think so! Work with someone who's been perfecting his coaching skills for longer than most PT's have been alive.
