I'm the Laziest Personal Trainer in the World

ep, that’s me. Honestly, I’d rather spend hours gaming or watching Die Hard for the hundredth time than grinding it out in the gym. As a kid, I was a weird, introverted geek. While my friends were out playing sports, I was glued to the TV, watching 80s action heroes and WWF wrestling (yes, I’m that old). I was fascinated by the larger-than-life strength of Schwarzenegger, Stallone, and the Ultimate Warrior. But back then, I never saw myself as someone who could be strong or confident like that.

I was shy—really shy. And exercise? I avoided it like the plague. My world was video games and nerdy stuff, where I felt safe and comfortable.

Then something unexpected happened—I discovered fitness. And yeah, I know what you might be thinking: Really? A self-confessed couch potato got into exercise? But here’s the thing—getting stronger didn’t just change my body, it changed me. It gave me confidence, resilience, and a sense of control I’d never had before.

So Why Am I Telling You This?

Because I know what it’s like to feel stuck. To feel like fitness is this impossible thing that requires endless motivation, suffering, and sacrificing everything you enjoy. And if you’re a woman over 40 or a nerdy guy who’s never quite felt at home in the gym, I know you’ve got even more nonsense thrown your way—fad diets, endless cardio, workouts designed for 20-year-olds with time to spare, or fitness spaces that don’t feel welcoming.

I’m here to tell you: you don’t need to do any of that.

I’ve made it my mission to help:

💪 Women over 40 who want to feel strong, confident, and energized—without punishing workouts or restrictive diets.
🎮 Geeky guys who grew up like me—loving video games, comics, and movies—but never quite seeing themselves as "fit."

My Approach?

🚀 No BS fitness advice – Just realistic, sustainable strategies that actually work.
🎯 No judgment – Whether you're starting from scratch or getting back into it, we go at your pace.
🎮 A fitness plan that fits your life – Because life’s too short to be miserable on another restrictive diet.

Strength training changed my life, and I know it can change yours too. I want you to feel strong, capable, and confident—whether that’s picking up your kids (or grandkids) without aching for days, walking into a gym and knowing exactly what to do, or just feeling good in your own skin again.

So, if you’re ready to build strength, boost confidence, and actually enjoy the process—without giving up the things you love—I’m here to help.

Do you really want a PT thats half your age, walks round in a nipple vest and has never seen Back to the Future?

I didn't think so! Work with someone who's been perfecting his coaching skills for longer than most PT's have been alive.
