HOW’S THIS DIFFERENT FROM ANOTHER DIET

3 things!

1st - PRINCIPLES

You won’t be following any typical way of eating.  As long as you keep to the principles you’ll be able to eat whatever you want (within reason).

That means you'll be able eat the foods you like everyday and never feel restricted. 

Over the 6 weeks you'll be working towards changing your daily habits rather than eating particular foods. This means that when you finish the challenge you will have healthier habits that will stay with you for a lifetime.

2nd - ACCOUNTABILITY! 

We all know how to ‘do’ something, its the ‘doing’ we have a problem with. 

Each day you’ll check in with me 👋 to say whether or not you’ve done what you said you were going to do. Unlike most diets, I’ll be there all the way until the end of the 6 weeks, giving you support whenever you need it. You don’t get that with a diet book!

3rd - WORKOUTS

You'll have workouts specifically programmed for you throughout the whole 6 weeks.

Diets tend to purely concentrate on the food side of things and totally forget about the power of exercise💪. Studies show that a combination of healthy eating and exercise reap the best results. 

You’ll get gym workouts and home workouts to complete. You won’t have to think about what to do for the next 6 weeks, I’ve got you covered.

Is this a diet?

HELL NO! Definitely not a diet. Think of it as principles to guide you to make better decisions. These principles will help you lose weight, feel amazing, improve your mood, have more energy, in fact the list is endless.

I'm a veggie, can I do this?

YES, most definitely. The programme is based on principles not actual foods to eat. If you don't like/or eat a certain food type don't eat it. You know what you like so go for that. 

I've been on diets before and they never worked, how is this any different?

First off, This is NOT a diet, I promise. These are principles to guide you to a better body. Will it work, but that depends on you. Everyone is totally different from the rest so the results you get will vary. Its one of the reasons why I use principles to help people get the body they want. Certain diets work for certain people, if that's not you it won't work. Principles on the other hand can apply to absolutely everyone. So the more effort you put in the more you'll get out of it.

I'm not a member of the gym can I still do the workouts?

YES. I have mixture of gym and home workouts throughout the programme so everything is covered

How strict is the challenge?

As strict as you want it to be. I'm not here to scold you and tell you off (sorry, not my style), I'm here to help and support you. Life can get in the way so if you need to relax a little bit off the programme that's cool with me. If you're struggling with anything I've got your back, we can work through this together. Just remember, the more effort you put in the more results you'll get. 

I've bought online programmes before and never stuck to it, how is this going to be different?

You have me in your corner that's how. Most programmes take your money then leave you to go it alone. Success can be largely based on accountability (getting you to keep it up), I'm here checking in with you every single day until the end. Any issues I'm there for you. Plus, you'll be part of an online group with people going through the same struggles as you.
